How does TecnoFill work?

Through its loading lance, Tecnofill suction the product taking it to the selected storage tank which has level probes that will keep the product under control at all times, providing the ability to control and monitor its status in real time.

Once the load management is completed, TecnoFill applies a load lance wash leaving it ready to suck new products into the storage tank.

The product load is registered in an online inventory with all the product information, thus obtaining a traceable itinerary indicating all when the product is sent to the machine, the quantity, the operator who authorizes the management, among other parameters.

With all these data we obtain the traceability and optimization, offering a saving in the textile production costs in a short period of time.
